At NOS Pharma we value our partners as much as our customers, partnerships are the foundation of our continued growth and success. Whilst we appreciate that our product, NOS®, may seem extremely exciting to budding investors to share in the success we take a very pragmatic approach to on-boarding investors.

For NOS Pharma it’s not about the money – yes, money is important – but having the right investor(s) that wants to build a long term, mutually beneficial partnership as well as come on this journey with us as we launch new and innovative products in the near future it far more important to the success of our company. With that said, we have carefully placed certain conditions in order for our team to assess whether you, as an individual, or as an organization are the right fit:

Do 3 or more of the following criteria apply to you:

  • Demonstrate an understanding or have knowledge of the Pharmaceutical / BioPharma industry
  • Demonstrate an understanding or have knowledge of Manufacturing and Automation in the FMCG sector
  • You are or you have access to individuals who are medically trained i.e. to PhD level or above
  • Have invested in or have investments in the Pharmaceutical / BioPharma / Chemical / Healthcare industry
  • Have invested in or have investments in the Manufacturing and/or FMCG industry
  • Have previously invested in start-up / scale-up businesses and are fully aware of the risks

Core Requirements - Non Negotiable

  • You are a very-high-net-worth-individual (VHWNI) with liquid assets between $5m USD - $30m USD
  • You are a ultra-high-net-worth-individual (UHWNI) with liquid assets exceeding $30m USD
  • You are an organisation / institutional investor with liquid assets exceeding $50m USD
  • By liquid assets, we mean cash or cash equivalents

  • We will only work with individuals and organisations through reputable global retail and/or investment banks
  • Equity based investment option starts from $250,000 USD
